The texture field is for the cloud texture and distortion to go into, it is not as important as you won't need to change it except when you want your own base planet/distortion texture.
Colors
Set a color that will be shown as the primary color layer of the Gas giant.
Set a color that will be shown as the secondary color layer of the Gas giant.
Set a color that will be shown as the tertiary color layer of the Gas giant.
The scorching feature is a special effect feature, it is also pretty cool, so we added it! The scorching feature is for gas giants like "hot Neptune" or "hot Jupiter". In other words, gas giants that are extremely hot in temperature. The scorching brightness allows you to make it how bright you want the scorching parts to be.
Bands
Controls the size/scale of one of the two procedural bands of clouds that are stacked on top of each other.
Controls the size/scale of one of the two procedural bands of clouds that are stacked on top of each other.
Changes the contrast between bands.
Storms
Controls the density of the storms, controls how many are on the planet.
Controls the size of each of the storms on the planet.
Controls how fast the storms go
If checked, it means that the gas planet will have storms, if unchecked, the planet will not have storms.
Controls the effect of the storms on the clouds, least being strongest.
Other
Changes the offsets of textures of the planet.
Changes the strength of the normal map, the higher it is, the stronger the normal of the planet will appear. The default is set to a very small number.
Controls the intensity of the skybox and environment on the material.
